Oak Mountain High School Football is on the air: 

The 2008 Oak Mountain High School Football kicks off August 31 and now you can listen to the action "LIVE" via FM 93.3 throughout the season! 

 

The radio broadcast will extend to most Oak Mountain communities and will especially come in strong in and around the stadium at Heardmont Park as you come or leave. The radio broadcast will begin at 6:15 PM with our weekly high school football expert, Ron Ingram of the Birmingham News, highlighting the Oak Mountain game and other games of interest. The pre-game show will also include interviews with the coaches as they share their perspective on the Eagles and their opponents. Then @ 7:00 PM, listen in real time for game action as the Oak Mountain Eagles set out to make a run at the state playoffs!

 

After the game, the radio broadcast will include the post game show which will include player interviews, and Head Coach Jerry Hood. Scores of other games and game statistics will also be shared as the post game show wraps up from Heardmont Park.

 

The ideal of the "LIVE" radio show is to provide some insight during the game for those attending (remember to bring your radios) and to allow those that aren't able to attend tune in and still be a part of Oak Mountain Football. So, grab your radio or tune your car radio dial to 93.3 FM and cheer on the Eagles from wherever you might be!
